Sometimes the only people you can talk to are the ones who've traveled a similar path. If that's what it takes to keep you in the game, DO IT. We're here for just that reason but we're not the only option. Reach out to your battles, vets in your families or some of the veterans service organizations. Vet Centers are community based offices that are often staffed by veterans. They offer services for vets and their families. They're in many locations, hit us up if you want more info.
