If you are wrestling with a problem or something is getting you down, put it aside and do something else for a while. Range therapy is always a good one for me but find whatever it is that helps you relieve your stress or anxiety or depression and keep doing that. After a break, you will be better able to find a solution to whatever is twisting your tail.
